Hal suggests to spend 10 minutes on each, taking only one hour in the morning to bring about conscious living. Beginning the day with silence in meditation is always an amazing way to set the tone. Each of the other savers, which can be done in any order, compounds off of meditation making this morning routine dynamic and powerful.
