Just as important as time spent in classrooms and reading through studies, is the time spent honing in their own nutrition as well as helping others reach their nutrition goals. The immense amount of time spent one on one with clients has been our teams’ greatest teacher. Knowing how to find and apply the latest findings on nutrition in everyday life is a far greater challenge than simply having the knowledge.
We also know how important having a support system is during the process. After finishing this program, the majority of people said that switching to plant-based nutrition wasn’t the challenge… it was the people around them on a day-to-day basis. Our culture and society makes doing anything outside the norm a challenge, especially something as essential as changing our nutrition.
This is why we have set up each program to start at the beginning of each month so you can do it with an entire group of people. The support system is there and having people that you can communicate with on a daily basis for support and encouragement is essential!
Lastly, the most unique part of our program is not to just give you a meal timing sheet and hope you get something out of them. We want you to learn what plant-based nutrition is and why we are having you do it. This is why we have included the weekly classes, so you can gain an intellectual knowledge looking at studies supporting how you are eating as well as the experience based learning gained through actually doing it.

We created Consciously Nutritious to help people learn how to utilize nutrition as a tool for optimal health and success. Consciously Nutritious is a 90-Day plant-based nutrition program designed to help you gain the body of your dreams, detox and fortify your body, learn how to cook healthy meals, increase energy levels, become educated in nutrition, and to empower you to be able to make your own conscious decisions towards health going forward.
This program consists of weekly classes containing information about the topic of the week in nutrition. Along with each module, you will receive a cooking videos teaching you how to cook plant-based.
