Because of everything that is happening in the world, we have been thinking about a way that we can be of service to people that isn’t costly. As a result, we are offering an online meditation group experience. All of the info is below. We would love to have you join 🙂
A group meditation on Zoom every week day (Monday – Friday) at 7am Pacific time.
We will all start together and finish together.
The meditations will last approximately 30 mins (some shorter).
There will be time for questions afterwards (if you want to stick around).
We are living in a time of increased stress with little human connection to help channel and release that stress.
It is commonly known that meditation is highly beneficial for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
Most people’s challenge towards meditation is being consistent.
This group will act as a place of group support and accountability towards each person’s meditation routine as well as their overall health.
The point of this group is to be something accessible to everyone in this time of need.
Most drop-in fees for a meditation class are between $5-$15 per session, however, this isn’t about the money, it is about creating a place that is helpful and truly beneficial to everyone who joins 🙂
As a result, the group will run on a weekly offering.
If you can only offer $1 that week, that is enough!
If you can offer more, of course that is appreciated as this is how we make our income as well. Just click on the “Submit Offering Here” button to give.
How will it work?
Just show up! Click the “Join Meditation Now” button at the top of this page and will take you to the group meditation.
Each week will offer a new meditation. The themes range from silence to visualizations to breathwork. The same meditation will be played all seven days before it moves on to a different theme.
The meditation will happen every day.
It is recommended that you attend as many of the meditations as possible as building a daily routine has greater benefits than only meditating a couple of times per week.
Everyone is welcome so please tell your friends and send them the weekly email 🙂
Download Zoom if you don’t already have it.

How To Prepare?
Make sure to come ready to meditate.
Be in comfortable clothes, sitting in a place where you can keep good posture for an extended length of time, and try to isolate yourself so as to not have any interruptions.
Examples of Weekly Themes:
Heart Coherence is the cooperative alignment between our nervous, cardiovascular, hormonal and immune systems. This creates a harmony of frequency throughout our body and mind. This is also known as psycho-physiological coherence. Coherence is activated when we are experiencing a higher emotional frequency (love, gratitude, etc.)
Here are some benefits of creating heart coherence:
-Reduces stress and anxiety (reduction of level of cortisol).
-Boosts your immune system
-Releases anti-aging hormone (DHEA)
-Enhances the functioning of your nervous and digestive systems
-Improves quality of your sleep
-Boosts your energy level
-Enhancement of focus and concentration
-Improvement in learning
-Improvement in problem-solving skills.
One of the oldest and more profound purposes of meditation is to find what lies beyond the mind in a place of pure consciousness. In that exploration, there are aspects of this consciousness that we find all around us in every moment.
The first is stillness. The consciousness lies beyond the world of movement in a profoundly still place. As you spend more time with the stillness, you begin to realize that it exists within you at all times. It is one of the foundational tenets of the Self.
The second aspect is silence. The stillness itself is incredibly silent. The silence is so palpable that it permeates the depths of the consciousness.
The third aspect is space. There is emptiness to the consciousness. All movement disappears into it. All sound is swallowed by it. No matter what passes through it, from thoughts to emotions to sensations, the vastness of its empty space is infinite.
We are going to explore these aspects in meditation and slowly travel beyond the mind.
And many more!
If you have any questions about the ins & outs of the group please let us know at Harry@Consciously.org!
